By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Harp CG is operated from New South Wales, Australia, and these terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable, mispriced or we cannot verify the order, we may cancel it and refund you in full.
Pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
Membership
Premium membership is a one-off payment that unlocks member pricing, daily missions and the member lounge. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Member perks may evolve as the brand grows.
Delivery
Delivery times on our Shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality. Email us with your order number and photos and we will sort it out.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or scrape it at scale. Accounts that abuse member features or submit fake reviews may be removed.
Intellectual property
All Harp CG designs, artwork, photography and branding belong to us. You may not reproduce or resell them without written permission.
