Harp CG is a small apparel and training-gear business based in New South Wales, Australia. You can reach us any time at harpcg.store@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Order details — name, email, shipping address and order contents, handled by our checkout provider.
- Account details — your email address if you create a member account or join the newsletter.
- Reviews — the name, rating and review text you submit. Your email is stored for verification only and is never shown publicly.
- Usage data — pages viewed and general device information, collected only if you accept cookies.
How we use it
To process and ship your orders, answer your messages, send you the emails you asked for, moderate reviews, run member features such as daily missions, and understand which parts of the site people actually use. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for essential things like keeping your cart, and — only with your consent — for analytics and advertising measurement. You can decline on the banner, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Marketing emails
We only email you if you signed up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed immediately.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how we handled your request you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Security and retention
Data is stored with reputable providers using encrypted connections and access controls. We keep order records as long as required for tax and consumer-law purposes, and delete other data when it is no longer needed.
